Refund policy
Purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase, and only with prior store approval.
Important Notes:

Returns for exchange must be shipped in a box to prevent damage.

Items damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns if the item is being returned for reasons other than damage (e.g., you simply changed your mind or did not like it).

Discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Order Cancellation:
Requests to cancel an order must be made within 30 minutes of purchase.
Damaged Items:
We offer refunds only if your one-of-a-kind item is damaged during shipping. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item and include clear photos of the damage.

If the item is replaceable, we are happy to replace or repair it.
Shipping Costs:
Turquoise World does not provide return shipping labels, except for items that arrive damaged.
